I do not offer refunds.

Refunds will only be considered if I am unable to provide the promised service on the given date or in the future.

I will not work with someone who is rude disrespectful or otherwise inappropriate.

• Inappropriate behaviour will result in a warning
• A second instance of inappropriate behaviour will result in termination of my service without a refund.

My pricing is nonnegotiable.

Do not ask me for any on the following:

I do not answer phone calls unless we have pre-arranged them.

Do not send me the following :

• Excessive messaging / emailing
• Unsolicited pictures / videos

Be aware that I am a disabled person who works multiple jobs. Practice patience when waiting for a response from me.

A 50% deposit is required for all session bookings, this is a non-negotiable part of the booking process

I take this deposit via Throne, the rest must be brought along to the session in cash.

In some instances where a large amount of prep is required for a booking I will request full payment upfront to arrange your booking.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will lose your deposit and will not be offered the option to reschedule your session.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your booking by paying a 'rebooking fee' of £50 - £100 depending on the session length and convenience

If you cancel with more than 48 hours notice you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your booking by paying a 'rebooking fee' of £25 - £50 depending on the session length and convenience

exceptions will not be made for 'Extenuating circumstances'

You will be clean and fresh smelling for your session.

If you turn up un-showered I may well turn you away with no refund or option of rescheduling of your session
